Hero Labs, manufacturers of the award-winning Sonic smart leak defence and water management device, today announced that it has appointed Alex Nahirnyi as a senior data scientist, responsible for data processing and exploration, building machine learning models for the company and planning the business’ machine learning infrastructure.
As part of the technology team, Alex reports in to Tomas Dosoudil, Hero Labs’ chief technology officer.
Alex has worked as a data scientist for the past four years. He joins from SciForce where he was the machine learning tech lead driving key projects for the company. He has also held a roles at UniSender and PrivatBank. Alex is originally from Ukraine and is now based in Madrid.
