Sonic monitors the flow of water through homes and offices and checks this up to half a million times a day to detect problems like burst pipes, slow leaks or dripping taps. It’s even smart enough to recognise individual appliances and provide a breakdown of how you use water at home, so you can save water, save money and save the planet, too.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Job title (up for grabs!):

• Plumber / Installer
• Director of Leak Protection
• The Preventer of Leaks 
• Leak Detection Mastermind 

Location:

• North West London – this role will involve extensive travel (mainly within the M25 and South-East) 

You will:

• Install Sonic to hundreds of VIP clients, making a tangible difference to businesses nationwide
• Show our clients how to pair Sonic with the app
• Train other installers to become top-of-their-game, Hero Pro certified installers 
• Build relationships with key clients 
• Make product improvement suggestions 
• Enhance our installation process, installation manual, and installation training 
• Attend site surveys, providing quotes to our clients 

The person we hire will have a strong mix of the below:

• Registered and Qualified Plumber 
• Gas Safe Registered
• CIPHE member is a plus 
• A drive to get things done and progress
• A passion to deliver exceptional customer service with a personal touch 
• A positive, can-do attitude 
• Demonstrable plumbing installation experience
• Previous experience of smart home installations is a plus 
• A love of technology and IoT, with the ability to evangelise this to our clients 
• Full, clean driving licence 
• Ability to receive (and give!) constructive feedback 

Salary:  £45,000 – £65,000

Stage 3 – 45-minute in-person and virtual interview with our CEO and Head Of Engineering 

Stage 4 – Successful installation of Sonic (paid skills test)
