Hero Labs, the manufacturer of the award-winning Sonic smart leak defence and water management device, today announced that it has appointed Ishaan Sood as UK Operations Manager. He is responsible for the smooth running of all UK operations, implementing improved processes to support the company’s ambitious growth plans, and ensuring that Hero Labs achieves both short and long-term objectives.
Based at the Hero Labs HQ in London, Ish reports into CEO, Adam Williams. He is a law graduate who has worked in sales and operations for almost ten years. Starting his career at Vodafone, Ish then moved to focus on driving organisational performance at scale-up businesses Enjoy Technologies and Mila.
